Return and Refund Policy – Mishree Savouries
- Eligibility for Returns
- As our products are perishable, returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery at support@mishree.co.in with images of the product.
- Refund Process
- Once your claim is verified, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds are excluded for opened or consumed items.
- Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Replacement
- In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.
